We often underestimate the impact absences have on our bottom line. Combine that with the possibility of some difficult conversations with staff, and concerns over employment law and we can tend to ignore the issue altogether.

This half-day, interactive workshop will provide you with tools and techniques to manage absences effectively and save you money. You will learn about:-

  • The common types of absence
  • Spotting the symptoms and causes of absence
  • Understanding what you can and can’t do - the legal stuff!
  • Taking a pro-active approach to managing absences
