Business Scene currently run over 100 events per year across the UK attracting on average 100 attendee’s per event. Through our own marketing and also our partnerships with other networks we reach approx. ½ million businesses each month. Our website generates 1 million unique page impressions each month, with 80,000 active online subscribers and members. This means we are ideally placed to help you get in front of your next potential customer.
Most businesses today are interested in being able to measure return on investment and would like to explore various strategies to reach their target audience. We believe the key to achieving maximum visibility within local communities is to have multiple contacts with the brand in the form of face-to-face events, e-newsletters, online presence and, through our media partners, printed media.

Advertising
We have a wide range of opportunities to advertise with Business Scene, a great way for you to raise the profile of your brand amongst the Business Community. This can vary from
- Advertising on our website – a great way to hit as many people as possible
- Advertising on our Regional Newsletters - a more geographically targeted way to gain brand exposure
- Providing content that can be included nationally or regionally – a great way to either position yourselves as experts and leaders in your field, or maybe give an extra push to an event you are organising?

Event Exhibiting
A cost-effective way to raise your profile at Business Scene events, you’ll have a visible presence at the event and the opportunity to engage with attendees in a more direct manner. Exhibiting at a successful Networking event can be a great way to achieve higher Return on Investment then the sometimes prohibitive cost of exhibiting at trade shows and dedicated exhibitions. Our package is £150 per event (£100 for Premium Members) and includes
- Space for 2x1m Banner and table for marketing materials
- 2x free event spaces
- Delegate data
- Guidance on how to make the most from the event
We also offer discounts for bulk purchase of exhibition space as follows;
- Gold Exhibitor (4x Events) - £499 (£399 Premium Members)
- Platinum Exhibitor (10 x Events) - £999 (£899 Premium Members)
- Gold & Platinum exhibitors also receive 5x free event spaces
Sponsorship

Event Sponsorship - £500 per event
- Sector exclusivity for event sponsorship
- Company logo featured on all pre-event and event communications wherever the Business Scene name appears
- Each event will receive a minimum of 6 marketing emails from Business Scene (Typical region contains 10,000+ email addresses) and 2 from each of our partners
- Logo prominent on event booking page and with links to dedicated page on Business Scene site
- Sponsors will be mentioned during the opening and closing presentations at all events
- Sponsors invited to address the audience and their guests.
- 3x2 Exhibition space at each event
- A ticket allocation of 20 spaces so you can invite guests as hospitality (Ideal for entertaining & providing value clients & prospects)
- Post event mailing to all delegates via the Business Scene platform including links to sponsor websites and your call to action
- Delegate contact data from the each event
- PR opportunities with local press
- Video interviews/photos to be shared after the events with the regional database

Regional Sponsorship Package
- Full event sponsorship (as listed above) for all events in your Region (minimum of 8 per year)
- Sector exclusivity
- Featured in all regional newsletters (Monthly, typical distribution 10,000 subscribers)
- Option for sponsors to provide complimentary profiles for all Staff
- 4 x Premium Memberships (lasting duration of the Sponsorship Package)
- Logo in a prominent position on the www.business-scene.com website (Your region) with links to your own website.
- Free Social Media workshop at your premises (12 month sponsor only)
- Ability to provide thought leadership through site content.

National Sponsorship
National Sponsorship is a bespoke arrangement to suit the goals and requirements of any particular organisation and can include a combination of all the options detailed on this page, along with may others.
