Hello and welcome to my profile.

I am well known locally for my original, radical and sometimes challenging style. This applies both to the management/leadership programmes I run and also to the therapeutic work I do. I am only interested in what works, not what it says in text books.

I produce a lively and often demanding HBT weekly newsletter (which often really does come out weekly). Previous topics have included, 'The Recession Myth', 'The Chicken in Your Lingerie Drawer' and 'The Emergency Window'. I work with a wide range of local SME's as well as corporate businesses and of course, individuals. I have been designing and delivering management development solutions for 18 years. I also provide personal development, coaching and hyponotherapy. I use a wide range of specialised techniques designed to increase personal and management effectiveness including my own Attitude Positioning Technique, Neuro Linguistic Programming and elements of cognitive behavioural psychology.
