Francine Pickering DipM MCIM is a Chartered Marketer working as a marketing consultant and business coach and mentor with small and growing businesses in the East Midlands.  She hates to see time and money wasted on ineffective marketing and loves to see her clients getting great marketing results.  She has been described as having “a frightening amount of common sense” and hopes that’s true.

Clarity Marketing provides marketing consultancy and marketing training to improve small businesses' marketing strategy and planning, as well as business coaching and mentoring, and copy writing for print and web.

Francine is a quality approved supplier to Business Link which means that she can provide services under any grant-funded programmes that are available.  She is currently working with clients using the Train to Gain Leaders First funding and under the Mentoring for All initiative.

Francine is a passionate supporter of women in business and runs the Smart Women web community for East Midlands business women and would encourage any business woman to sign up for her own free business profile on the site.  .

Francine also works with the University of Nottingham, where she enjoys mentoring entrepreneurship students, and is currently helping the Ingenuity Programme connect businesses in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire with the knowledge and expertise of three local universities through events, workshops and projects.
