Emarby Consulting has a passion for helping trainers, sales people and managers achieve their goals. 

It appears in business today that most improvement interventions are based around task or process improvement.  What seems to be missing are the interventions that improve one to one communication, people interaction skills and communication intelligence. 

Using Tetramap as a tool, Emarby helps individuals to recognise behaviour diversity and devise strategies to improve their own behaviour to meet others.  The results are better communication more of the time leading to better results.

Emarby also works with coachees on a 1 2 1 basis, focussing on areas of sales, mamagement and training that are specifically honed to the individual.
