WHAT I DO........

I'm basically a strategist. I developed INSPIREDelivery! as a methodology for discovering the causes of problems within organisations and providing clear direction to overcome the problems. Generally the ROI makes the programme cost neutral within a few weeks and delivers significant profit within just months.

I specialise in bringing clarity to complex or difficult situations, especially corporate transformations, mergers and acquisition integration, struggling companies or projects/programmes that are failing.

My key ability is to rapidly cut through extraneous information to a clear understanding of the root causes, especially when presented with a vague problem that needs a specific solution. I then provide a detailed strategy to resolve, mitigate or overcome the problems.
